CV Writing Workshop for Successful Application in Academia

In this digitized era, CVs are the portrayal of ourselves through which many important factors of our academics and employability are decided. In both academia and industry, a CV is one of the most important documents for further employability and job prospects. The concept of CV writing is versatile and a unique CV can make you stand out among others. However, there is a certain strategy for drafting a CV that will land you a position in the business once you receive a scholarship or grant. We’ll talk about how to create a CV from scratch in this free online workshop.

Research Assistant at FAU (Friedrich-Alexander-University)
Walid completed his postgraduate studies at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany, in the Department of Sustainable Systems Engineering. He is currently employed as a research assistant at FAU (Friedrich-Alexander-University) in the research group “High Throughput Methods in Photovoltaics” in collaboration with HI ERN (Helmholtz Institute Erlangen Nuremberg for Renewable Energy) and Jülich Forschungszentrum, Germany. He earned his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh, and he has volunteered for IEEE activities in both the SB and the local Section.
