We always muse of working at MAANG and to be specific most of us dream of working at Google. Although many people aspire of working at Google, getting there is not always simple. Nayeem Jahan Rafi, born, raised and schooled in Bangladesh, has paved his route to be one of the few ones to have fulfilled his dream of joining Google. He is now working as a Software Engineer at Google and in this webinar he will share his experiences along the way. For those looking to break through in their careers, he will share what to gather as skills, experiences and what prospects to hold for future!
Speaker Profile:
Nayeem Jahan Rafi is currently a member of Google’s Chrome OS team and working as a Software Engineer in Taipei 101 office. His preceding work experience was also as a software engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh for 3.5 years. He was a student of EEE, Dhaka University in session of 13-14. While pursuing his graduation, he was heavily involved in competitive programming. He competed in 13 national onsite programming contests, as well as numerous online contests, and his team finished sixth in the ICPC Dhaka regional 2018. He also won the EEE-DU programming competition in 2015 and 2016.
