For many, Google is a workplace of dreams, but the road to Google is not easy. One of the handful who managed to pave the road is Zulkarnine Mahmud, who has been working as a Software Engineer for Google’s Search Team, and he did so whilst being raised and educated in Bangladesh. In the webinar, Zulkarnine Mahmud will discuss his journey and experiences at Google, talk about software development opportunities, and provide insights to aspirants hoping to make it big.

Speaker Profile:

Zulkarnine Mahmud is currently working as a Software Engineer at Google’s Search Team. Born and raised in Bangladesh, he studied in Naogaon K.D. Govt. High School and Rajshahi Cadet College (2002- 2008). He studied in the department of Architecture in BUET for 1 year before being selected for a Korean Government Scholarship. He finished Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and CSE (Double major) from Dong-A University, Busan, South Korea under the Korean Government Scholarship. Before joining Google, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Navis Automotive Systems and also worked with BMW & Daimler AG on their behalf developing Car Navigation Systems. Zulkarnine Mahmud is fluent in Korean, English and Bengali, and is a car and tech enthusiast in his personal life.
